Emilio Cento: Owner and Executive Chef, who’s experience is unchallenged, and attention to detail can only be described as impeccable, provides a taste of his parents home.
Jerome Soudet: Chef di Cuisine, is a native Frenchman who specializes in the Italian Arts
Lucio Romani: Chef di Pastry, is a native Italian from Rome who has learned the fine art of cooking in his home country as well as the United States.
